streamlined filing package

The Streamlined program is designed to help delinquent filers become compliant without facing as harsh of penalties if they can substantiate that their delinquency was non-willful, and meet certain other eligibility criteria as laid out by the IRS.  If you qualify for this program this is a great way to get caught up before the IRS starts asking for tax returns.

• 3 years of delinquent Federal Tax Returns including all the items listed in the basic Federal Tax Return Package
• 6 years of FinCEN - Foreign Bank and Financial Account forms, including up to five accounts in each year
• Assistance with Form 14653, to certify that the the delinquency was non-willful.
